Shipping Policy
Processing time on all orders takes 2 - 4 business days from the day the order was placed. Once shipped you will receive tracking information. We ship packages via standard mail with the US Postal Service in which you should expect to receive your package in 14 - 21 business days. If you would like your package expressed shipped please feel free to reach out to us using the contact form in the “about us” section. We'll reply within 24 - 48 business hours.
Shipping fees are at a flat-rate of $6.95 for packages mailed within the USA.
International fees will vary depending on the country.
Lost/stolen packages
DBI African American Art is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped, please make sure your address is entered correctly. If it shows your package was delivered and you have not received your order, you must contact United States Postal Service directly 1-800-ASK-USPS.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. However, Damaged or Defected items may exchanged.
A request for an exchange must be made within 5 days of the delivery date.
